EST-PAC: A web based tool for the annotation of bio-sequences

EST-PAC Installation Instructions:

This page describes the installation and configuration of EST-PAC.
You will need to have:

The EST-PAC scripts:
download the EST-pac scripts package here (multi-platform) and place it in you web directory.
- For Centos it will be either /home/"your login name"/public_html or var/www/ depending of your httpd.conf.
- For Mac OSX, /Users/"your login name"/Sites/.
- For XP, C:\xampp\htdocs\ for example or where you installed xampp but it should be in the htdocs of xampp

And working on your computer:
- PHP 4
- Mysql 4.1
- And the Apache HTTP server

Or if these programs are up and running on your machine, go directly to the configuration section of your operating system
